Supporting equipment
Push-pull wire welding torch:
This is a brand-new patented welding technology that combines the quality of TIG welding with the efficiency of MIG welding. It can weld in multiple directions, produces aesthetically pleasing welds, and requires no further treatment. When used with robots, it offers fast welding speeds and no spatter, making it suitable for applications such as automotive manufacturing, sheet metal processing in workshops, metal home decoration, food machinery, and other high-quality thin-plate welding.
Welding power supply
Optional welding power supplies for gas-shielded welding (GS) and argon arc welding (GAW) are available.
Different welding operations require different welding parameters, which can be adjusted on the welding machine at any time, saving preparation time. The GS series utilizes digital inverter technology, providing a highly stable and easily controllable arc across the entire current range.
The GA series offers a highly stable welding system with a pulse frequency of 1kHz (2kHz in the upgraded version), unmatched by ordinary welding systems. In DC mode, it performs exceptionally well when welding stainless steel, iron, cast iron, copper, and titanium.
Welding robots:
This product is equipped with a welding robot featuring a new intelligent welding control system. It boasts functions such as flying welding, continuous spot welding, rotation, mirroring, translation, scheduling, and breakpoint recovery. Optional features include positioning, weld tracking, and multi-pass welding, achieving ultimate speed and precision. Customized welding equipment is designed to help you easily automate your welding process.
