The Single Column Positioners consists of a rotating mechanism, a tilting mechanism, a frame, and an electronic control system. It positions the workpiece in the optimal welding or assembly position by rotating and tilting the worktable. The worktable rotation uses variable frequency stepless speed regulation, and the tilting is driven by sector gears or hydraulic cylinders. The worktable's rotation angle is 0~120°. It can be combined with a manipulator or welding machine for control.
