The Single Column Positioner features a worktable that rotates and tilts, enabling optimal workpiece positioning for welding or assembly. Its components include a rotating mechanism, tilting mechanism, frame, and electronic control system. Rotation adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation. Tilting is powered by sector gears or hydraulic cylinders. The worktable rotates within 0~120°. This positioner can be linked with a manipulator or welding machine for unified control.
