This product is a specialized piece of equipment designed by our company to meet the needs of Robotic laser cutting mainly consists of a machine bed, system, laser generator, cutting head, water chiller, and related peripheral accessories. It utilizes a high-power-density laser beam to irradiate the material being cut, rapidly heating it to its vaporization temperature and causing it to evaporate and form a hole. As the beam moves across the material, the holes continuously form a very narrow kerf (approximately 0.1 mm), completing the cutting process. Based on the type of laser generator, it can be divided into three categories: CO2 laser cutting machines, YAG (solid-state) laser cutting machines, and fiber laser cutting machines.

Highest Productivity in the Industry: A high-strength robotic arm and state-of-the-art servo control technology effectively improve the movement speed and acceleration/deceleration performance of each axis, reducing motion operation time by more than 50%, achieving the highest productivity in the industry.
Automatic Brake: A brake is installed on the robot's motor drive shaft, which automatically engages in the event of power failure to avoid danger.
High cutting precision and convenient operation: It can cut vessel head with diameters from Φ500 to Φ4000 mm, and the cutting hole diameter is from Φ20 to Φ300 mm. The gantry movement speed is infinitely adjustable, driven by a servo motor (with robot collaboration), ensuring high processing precision and convenient operation, meeting users' automatic cutting needs.
Multiple structural options are available: Depending on the user's workpiece and site conditions, various structural forms such as gantry type, L-arm type, and fixed type can be selected to perfectly match production needs.
